OOPS!

A Conroe, Texas supermarket flies a number of flags. There are two principal flag poles, on which the flags of the US and Texas fly, and a number of other poles flying international flags.

Recently, a high school student named Andrew Mahaffey noticed that the store had confused the flags of Texas and Chile. The Chilean flag was flying where the Texas flag should have been. Admittedly, the mistake is understandable. The flags have very similar designs. To add insult to injury, the Texas flag was upside down.

The store was notified of the error, but a couple of weeks passed without change. On being notified again, however, the store took action. Now the Chilean flag is also flying upside down (and still where Texas should be).
