Vexillarium is a Latin based word meaning Flag Room. It might also be translated into the naval term, Flag Locker. With the opening of Vexillarium, I welcome you into my Flag Locker.NAVA 39
The 39th annual convetion of the North American Vexillological Association is now ended. Below is a photo of the NAVA 39 flag flying in front of the convention hotel. Below that is a group photo of most of the conventioneers, taken at Bicentennial Park, with Capitol Hill in the background.
